The Petruschka Kennel has existed since 1997 registered under FCI. Currently we have 25 Siberian Huskies. I started training and racing with Siberians in 1995 when I lived in Denmark. In 2003 I moved my 22 dogs with me to Sweden, together also with my x-husband. We increased the amount to 42 quite fast thereafter. But today Kennel Petruschka is situated at Camp Dannevall and is managed by me and my husband Kjell Dannevall who is also a Musher however since 1982. At the moment we have 25 Siberian Huskies and one German Sheppard "Quanda". Looking forward to get 2 puppies from Petruschka's Beaver & Petuschka's Kevin Kostner in September.

 

The kennels excist of 14 quite large kennels, which Kjell built all by him self (Fall 2008). All full fenced in the bottom, and with 40cm gravel for better dranage. Each dog have a huge insulated doghouse, however most of the dogs choose to share a house. The facility is outstanding and built with the highest quality materials on the market today. (Hakon fence bought in DK) Every little detailed has a funcktion one way or the other.

Each and one of our dogs are very special to meus and we worship them enourmously. A common question from "non-sleddog people" is if each dog have a name. My answer is always the same. Each dog have a name yes, and I know each induvidual as well as any parrent know their kid. We spend all our time with the dogs, when we are not at work.
